Définition des cas :
Fièvre supérieure à 39°C, d'apparition brutale, accompagnée de myalgies et de signes respiratoires.
A partir de ce nombre de consultations pour syndromes grippaux, il est possible d'estimer la part attribuable aux virus de la Grippe.


Données recueillies pour chaque cas : âge; sexe; statut vaccinal et en cas de vaccination l'injection date-t-elle de moins de 3 semaines; traitement antiviral prescrit et si oui lequel; patient présentant un ou plusieurs facteurs de risque de complications lors d’une infection par un virus de la Grippe; hospitalisation demandée au décours de la consultation et si oui pour quel motif.

Données recueillies les deux derniéres semaines en France métropolitaine.

201619 En France métropolitaine, la semaine dernière, le taux d’incidence des cas de syndromes grippaux vus en consultation de médecine générale a été estimé à 8 cas pour 100 000 habitants (IC 95% [3 ; 13]), en dessous du seuil épidémique (72 cas pour 100 000 habitants) [1].
Au niveau régional, les taux d’incidence les plus élevés ont été observés en : Franche-Comté (68 cas pour 100 000 habitants, IC 95% [0 ; 159]), Alsace (45, IC 95% [0 ; 116]) et Rhône-Alpes (28, IC 95% [0 ; 60]).

201618 En France métropolitaine, la semaine dernière, le taux d’incidence des cas de syndromes grippaux vus en consultation de médecine générale a été estimé à 15 cas pour 100 000 habitants (IC 95% [7 ; 23]), en dessous du seuil épidémique (75 cas pour 100 000 habitants) [1].
Au niveau régional, les taux d’incidence les plus élevés ont été observés en : Aquitaine (52 cas pour 100 000 habitants, IC 95% [0 ; 121]), Auvergne (46, IC 95% [0 ; 128]) et Franche-Comté (41, IC 95% [0 ; 103]).
